They basically dumped us outside a hotel that had been closed for a month. “I just think it’s disgusting what they’ve done. William told the Daily Record: “We came all the way from Orkney and had been on the go for nearly 48 hours with a six hour break in Edinburgh on the way. Kindhearted locals took pity on the distressed duo and helped them find alternative accommodation for the night after the bungling holiday firm failed to take their calls. Marina frantically tried to contact the travel company to find out what had happened but battled to get through to their customer services team.
